The (few) best things about Fallen


I was really looking forward to reading this book and it was so disappointing. I had the whole series ready to go and prepared myself for a week long binge BUT NO 😤.

I am going to list all the things I like about this book (literally just the characters) -

. I really like Penn. She's sooo nice and I was devastated when she died and wanted to cry soo hard. I didn't though. For some reason I barely ever cry.

. ✨Arriane✨. I FUCKING LOVE THAT GIRL. Definitely my type.

. Todd is like the male version of me. I love studying and again, I wanted to cry when he died.

. I would literally date Molly just for her fashion sense.

. Mrs Shelby. I'm so that person who loves a psychopathic female character. If you like her I would recommend binging My Hero Academia Toga Himiko clips on YouTube. Lol.

Breathless by Jennifer Niven (review)

This was apart of my tbr authors list  so I was like, "Imma do a review" 'cause why not. So first of, Jennifer Niven is the author of "All the Bright Places" which has been made into a netflix movie and that was how I discovered her and her books. To be honest, I really do a pprop riate "All the Bright Places" 'cause it got me through some dark times when I was just struggling and it made me feel like I wasn't alone but I do have to say that "Holding up the universe" is probably her best book and because of that it became fairly obvious that she was a GOOD author. Like most people who have one big hit... let's just say it's for a reason... BUT Jennifer did not disappoint. I wanted to read more, and then she did disappoint... 😮‍💨.   Autumn 2022 Authors Okay so this is a bit late but fuck it, we're doin' it anyway. Around this time a lot of people who talk about books (w ha t nerds 😅 ) ta lk about wha t they want to read. Yeah no, that's not how I work. Life needs flexibility bitches (but I need blog posts cause I'm bored). For some random reason that is definitely   not written in any bracket, I decided to choose some of the authors I want to listen to more of. Edit: Looking back at this I really need some diversity. All of these authors are female, white and blond... Next time we are gonna get some variety in here. Jennifer Niven Out of all the famous authors she's definitely the most underrated since she literally ownly ever gets credited with "All the Bright Places". To me this is insane. I haven't even read the majority of her books and I already know that it's bullshit. "Holding Up the Universe" was enough to prove that to me so I'm hoping to read more of...
