She has never really spent much time with her aunt until now but she is grateful to get away. The new house she is staying in is right near a beach; the perfect costal town. Oakley loves photography and, once she's ready to leave the house, it's her only outlet. Two days into her stay and her mother hands her a notebook. Lucas's Diary. She is so thankful to have it but how is she meant to keep on living when he cant? It's not fair. But once she starts greeting the locals, things get easier. She makes friends, starts to talk to her mum more, but she still refuses to live like Lucas can't. Eventually she has to make a choice; die, survive or live.
